Chameleon Mail Pricing

With Chameleon Mail you get access to a professional web-based Email Marketing solution which includes exeptional CRM & database management functionality. Chameleon Mail is suitable to any size business.

Please find below the base subscription pricing. We also offer optional set-up, training, customisation, consulting and campaign management services. Please contact us for more information on these additional services.

When using Chameleon Mail there are 2 pricing elements included per month:

1) Monthly Subscription Fee – relates to your peak database size during each month. The peak database size is calculated from the total number of contacts/subscribers across all databases. This fee is charged per month.

2) Message send costs relate to number of email and SMS messages sent from your account during the month.

Please Note: If no emails are sent in the month then the only charge will be the subscription fee.

Examples of a monthly invoice:

Peak Database size - 500 (0 – 1000 subscribers = $33)

Emails Sent – 201 (201 – 2000 emails @ 3c each = $6.03)

Total Invoice – $39.03

Peak Database size - 8000 (5001 – 15000 subscribers = $99)

Emails Sent - 0

Total Invoice – $99.00

File Storage
Your Chameleon Mail account comes with 50MB of free file storage per month. Each MB over 50MB will be charged at 11c/MB per month (inc GST).

For databases with more than 50,000 records, or for sending greater than 100,000 emails, please contact us for a personalised quote.
