In addition, optional Chameleon Mail skills training is available by phone.  

Set-Up Services

Chameleon Mail has been created so that Do It Yourself enthusiasts can set up a complimentary trial account today and get started without delay. You’ll have immediate access to many click and replace email templates, and our easy to follow video tutorial help system.

For those who would prefer more hands on Done For You help, Web Chameleon offer the following setup options;

Customised Click & Replace Template

After discussing your needs we will set up a custom click and replace template within your account – this template will be customised with your logo, colours, links and content so that you can easily use it for ongoing newsletter or marketing campaigns.

Customised Web Form – Newsletter sign up or Short Survey

After an initial discussion with you we will set up your new web form. This may be a newsletter subscription form to be embedded or added to your website, or it may be a short survey with it’s own unique URL that you can send people to. We’ll also set up a custom Thank You page and an Auto-Responder email to go out to those who submit the form.

Fast Track Set-Up

This is our most popular setup service and allows you to be up and running quickly and with ease (usually within 3-7 days). It’s an all inclusive option so that you can start collecting leads from your website & emails, and be assured of a newsletter that looks fabulous!! Save yourself time and get a professional result… Once we’ve completed your set-up all you’ll need to do is add your content and send your emails.

Your Fast Track set-up includes;

• Customised email template setup in your Chameleon Mail account to match your Branding, colours and image; using our click n replace templates.
• Customised subscription form for acquiring newsletter subscribers (code and/or link provided to put on your website), including welcome email auto-responder setup.
• Database set-up or upload of an existing database.
• Your first month subscription will be included (for up to 1000 emails).
